Adult ADHD Treatment
Many people with ADHD are able to get by and slip through the cracks until midlife when hormones wane and life’s demands balloon. These people are sometimes called “late-diagnosed” or “high-masking.”
A lot of people with undiagnosed or late-diagnosed ADHD also grew up in families where mental health difficulties were dismissed, misunderstood, or viewed through a non-medical lens.
Awareness about the signs and symptoms of ADHD, especially in female-assigned people, has come a long way in the past decade.
In our work together we can learn more about what is driving your difficulties, get to the root of what is getting in your way, and come up with a treatment plan together that will help you feel more capable and be more productive.
