I offer support with vitamins, supplements, herbals, and prescription medication to help you feel your best and improve your function.

I am registered with GeneSight so that I can offer my clients genetic testing. This sort of testing can provide information about which mental health medications may require dose adjustments, may be less likely to work, or may have an increased risk of side effects based on your DNA.

Goal-Setting

Do you have goals and ambitions but need some help getting there? Is it hard to find the motivation and the energy to start? I can help with that.

Therapy

I offer psychotherapy support to help you better cope with stress and sensory overwhelm, change a habit, develop a routine, process what’s happened to you in the past, or push through a stuck place.

Initial Session

This is an initial introductory meeting where you and Michele will discuss symptoms and stressors and together develop a treatment plan.

Follow Up Session
(30 min)

This session will be focused on medication management. We will spend our time evaluating your physical and mental health and, if indicated, we may consider adding medication to help alleviate mental health symptoms.

This session will be focused on both medication management and psychotherapy. We will spend our time evaluating your physical and mental health and, if indicated, we may consider medication and utilize psychotherapy to help alleviate mental health symptoms.

At this time I do not directly bill health insurance companies and would be considered ‘Out-of-network.’ If you would like to use your health insurance for your care with me, call your health insurance company and ask about their reimbursement rate for ‘Out-of-network’ care. I am able to provide you with a Superbill receipt after each visit that you can submit to your health insurance company to request reimbursement.
I do not accept Medicaid (Apple Health, Molina, UnitedHealthcare) or Medicare.
