Care here is about clarity, choice, and respect - not fixing you.
You may be a late-identified neurodivergent adult with a history of trauma, finally trying to make sense of yourself and your experiences. Life may have felt overwhelming, exhausting, or confusing for years, and you might still be figuring out what parts of your struggle are neurodivergence, trauma, or both.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. I provide neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed psychiatric care that helps you understand yourself, reduce overwhelm, and improve daily functioning—without pressure to mask, “fix” yourself, or rush into decisions. Medication may be part of the conversation, or not at all—choices are always yours.
Your coping strategies, sensitivities, and strengths are understood as meaningful adaptations, not flaws. Together, we focus on clarity, self-understanding, and support that fits your life.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out for a low-pressure consultation. We can start with a conversation and move at your pace. Click the big blue button at the bottom right below my picture to get started.

Michele Tulk, MSN, ARNP, PMHNP-BC (She/Her)
Michele lives with her family in Bellingham, WA. She is a foodie, loves dogs and cats equally, listens to lots of music, and one of her favorite things to do is play video games. She enjoys both exploring big cities on foot, and sitting in her divot on the couch wrapped in a cozy blanket and sipping hot jasmine green tea while staring into space. She can bake a pretty mean coconut cream pie.
